Digital transformation is everybody's business

It rarely fails because of the software. It fails because nobody pushes it.

In almost every company people know which processes take too long. What is missing is the person who names the bottleneck, builds the first prototype and stays with it until it is actually used day to day. That is my role, and I have a name for it: Digital Freestyle.

Observe

Follow the real process, not the org chart. Where is data retyped, searched for, created twice?

Name it

Put the bottleneck into numbers, so the decision is not a matter of taste.

Build

A working prototype instead of a concept paper. Better something usable in two weeks.

Operate

Put it into operation, measure, refine. A system nobody uses is effort, not a project.

No specification, no six months of lead time, but looking closely, spotting the bottleneck and starting to build from a standing start. At cetrac GmbH I am a one-person digital department: strategy, delivery and quality assurance in one pair of hands, with AI agents as the tool.

Most of the projects on this site were never commissioned. I saw the problem and started. Freestyle does not mean unplanned: the order is fixed, only the outcome is not, and things get built while others are still aligning.

Stocktaking app: every phone becomes a scanner

Every company phone becomes a scanner, the count is signed on the device, the figures go straight into the ERP. Built in-house, in live testing since September 2026.

Colleagues used to head out with pen and paper to count many thousands of parts. Today the app turns any company phone into a scanner, the counting record is signed on the device and the figures go straight into the ERP system. Stock is live every evening and on the website every morning. Built in-house, without new hardware. In live testing in the warehouse since September 2026.

Not only in conversation but in the product: I set up seven language versions of cetrac.com editorially on my own, and the EasyFlow Suite in seven languages including Hebrew with right-to-left layout.

How I approach international markets

No literal translation but market adaptation, with dedicated keyword research per target market, clean hreflang and contacts on the ground. People search differently in Spain than in Germany, and a site that ignores that will not be found there.
